my password doesn't work for admin

  I can log into wordpress and see my account, but when I try to do anything it asks for my login and password again, and then says incorrect login?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just delete all browsing history and cookie and data from your browser and then try to log in . I hope you’ll get it working and if it don’t work after that then you should click on forgot password and recover it again

  this did not work, and when I then use forgot/lost password, its says incorrect user name. How can then be correct when I first logged in with the user name?
