My passwords have been changed and I’m the admin

    I woke up today and tried to log into my site and it’s saying my passwords are incorrect. I do password reset and the email doesn’t come to my email address. Please help.

    The site I need help with is aussiehoopla.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
