My payment for my new blog domain does not appear to be processing

I just signed up for a blog, entered my credit card info, and pressed the payment button several times but it does not appear that the payment was processed. The page stayed the same and I received no feedback that the transaction went through. Typically, after pressing a vendor’s payment button, another page (confirmation page) shows up that states the payment went through. Please advise!

Hi @puppets1234 — it looks like the payment went through, and I just see the one payment as well.
I did notice you haven’t used your domain credit yet, though. You can do that here:

I just tried to pay for a domain mapping, but I don’t know if it worked. I pressed the pay-button a few times, but nothing happened…
Can you please let me know whether the payment got through (hopefully only once!) and if not, what went wrong? Thank you!

@lenietsje – I’m going to go ahead and close this thread since the original post is resolved.
But for what it’s worth, I don’t see any purchases on your account. I’d recommend trying again and just clicking the payment button once, even if you need to wait for a moment. Then if you need more help, feel free to open another thread and tag it “modlook” so we can help. Cheers!
