My payment is being declined

    Hello. I have been trying to upgrade to Personal, but my card has been repeatedly declined. I tried another card and am getting the same notice; “Please correct the issue below and try again. The transaction was declined. Please try another card.”.

    I tried using the same card for other online purchases and have had no problem.

    Please help!

    Our system shows the following error for your card:

    Your card does not support this type of purchase.

    This usually means the card is being blocked from making international payments by your bank, so please contact them and make sure your card is authorized for international transactions.

    Hello. Thank you for your response. Both of my cards can make International payments, I have been using them for 6 months and have purchased many things online and internationally over that period.

    I saw another post, the user had the same problem as me with payment on wordpress, and they advised him that he was blocked from making upgrades on the wordpress system for some reason so they unblocked him. Can you please if this is also the issue with my account? Thank you!

  • Your account is not blocked from making purchases. When we try to charge your card the charge is getting declined by your bank/credit card company returning the error I gave you above. There is nothing we can do about that from our end. Please contact your bank/credit card company for help with this.
