  On January 30 I paid for our yearly domain and did not receive an email, nor is it showing on our billing page. It does show up on my credit card though. Help.

  I see a domain mapping renewal for childrenscooppreschool.wordpress.com (childrenscooppreschool.com). It was made on January 31, 2015 for $13. Is that the payment to which you refer?

  I do see that upgrade listed here:
