  I payed on 22 April and it’s not in Billing history.
  144 € via Paypal by MARIA DE JUAN (Spain)

  Hi –

  The charges are not going to show up on the /me/purchases page on your account because they are connected to a different account. Sign in to the account which you were billed for and then we can help you evaluate a refund.

  Neither site listed is associated with an upgrade.

  If i erase the other acc. (opened by Google) i’m afraid i may not be able to use the names that i already registered (see above).It is very important for me to have these names.
  CAN YOU PLEASE transfer the billing history to my correct account?

  You say my sites are not associated with an upgrade. I believe if i payed 144 €, this means i have more than the free plan which appears in my acc. now.

  There is no history of payment under the account you are contacting us from nor from the sites you provided. If the charges came from WordPress.com, it must’ve come from a different account. Please take a look at your bank statement and check if you a see a transaction ID related to your charge:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/

  You can use that ID to look up the account that the charge is associated with here:

  https://wpchrg.com
