My PeHaa Themes Page Builder not Working Properly on Page edit screens

    The issue I’m having is with my PeHaa Themes Page Builder, specifically on my Pages edit screen (my Projects edit screens are functioning properly). I checked the settings and the page builder is turned on for those pages, but just not available when I go to actually edit the page. As it stands now, I can’t update those pages (Home, About Me, and Contact Me).

    Any advice on how I can problem solve without risking losing my site’s content or who to reach out to? Thanks for the help.

    Hi there!

    Is this about iamjoecrupi.com? If so, I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Justhost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

    Ug, well that’s frustrating. Thanks for reaching out, though. I had help setting up my page years ago, wasn’t aware that the person helping me used WordPress.org opposed to .com, I’ll reach out to that community.
