My permalink is missing as of today ! HELP!

My permalink is missing as of today! It shows up on all my other posts, but not today’s post.
What is even more frustrating is that I have spent the last hour and a half googling where to find this. Everyone everywhere says:
GO TO YOUR: Settings -> Permalinks and select Post name IN YOUR ADMIN PANEL.

There is nothing zilcha zotta that says “Permalink” in my DASHBOARD!

The permalink menu is only present on self-hosted blogs using WordPress.org software. WordPress.com users are not able to change the permalink structure of their posts. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
Can you explain a bit more about the permalink issue? Currently, that post is loading fine on my side.
