  Hello there, my phone was wiped clean and I lost access to the authentication app, and don’t have access to the backup codes. Is there a way to be able to log in again to the site? What can I do?

  Enable Two-Step Authentication

  Hello there, If you enabled 2-step verification and no longer have access to the back up codes for that account, the only way to try and gain access is by going through the account recovery process https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
