  Hello, I have been trying to fix this for months now. My photo is not appearing when I reply to comments in my blog. It only shows as a default photo from wordpress. Thank you for your time.

  A Gravatar account is a WordPress.com account; they are one in the same.

  Gravatars do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading!

  To enable Gravatar display on your blog go to > Settings > Discussion and scroll way done the page to “Avatars”.
