  Hi there,

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble uploading your photos.

  First, could you make sure your images are optimized for online use? We have some tips for that here:

  • Troubleshooting Images
  • Image Optimization

  If that doesn’t fix it for you, can you let me know what method you’re using to try to upload the photos? Are you uploading them from within the post editor, or do you go to Media > Add New in your dashboard? What do you click on, and where do you get stuck? That information will help me troubleshoot this for you. :)
