My picture in the bio section

  in the area that has my info about me my picture never shows up can you explain why??

  how can I know whether or not a picture is valid??

  You have to copy the right link to the picture. You have the wrong link. This is what you have:
  http://pokerdog283.files.wordpress.com/2008/02/1218040428072_1.thumbnail.jpg

  It goes nowhere. My suggestion is to delete it and rename the image on your computer so it doesn’t have an underscore _ in it and then use that. WP.com hates things like that in file names.
