Trying to upload my picture into my profile and it’s not working . Can you please help

http://en.gravatar.com/dawnknaus2016 They are one in the same thing.You can have a single email address and a single gravatar for every username account that apply to all sites registered under that account.

You need to upload a gravatar image in order for it to display next to your comments on gravatar enabled blogs.
Gravatar/blavatar (favicon) images do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.
Dashboard → Settings → General
Replace “http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG” below with the actual name of your blog in the URL
http://INSERT_NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
Do not keep uploading!
