    Hello I’m totally new and I’m making lots of mistakes. I just wanted to learn the ropes before I actually paid for anything but it’s all so confusing for me. I’ve accidentally paid £50+ when I thought I was paying about £3 per month. Please can I have a refund and start again? I think I need to watch some more tutorials before I go live or publish anything, I’m just not ready yet.

    Hi @makeitgorgeousdesign, I actually don’t see any upgrades associated with this account — if you were logged in as another user, can you log out, and log in with that, then contact us here?

    Also, please note our services are billed annually, not monthly. We currently have a service that’s $4 per month, for example, that comes out to $48 for the year.
