My plan ended early?

    I wanted to ensure my plan didn’t renew in December, but it ended immediately? Didn;t I pay until end dec 2018?

    Hi there, I’m seeing that the subscriptions for the plan components were removed by your username on 8/9/2018, which removed the plan from your site.

    I have restored that plan to your site for you and it is set to expire on 12/30/2018.

    Was what you were wanting to do was to turn off auto renew? If so, please let me know and I would be happy to turn that off for you.
