My plan is all messed up

  Hello – I need urgent help. I tried to purchase the business upgrade plan for my website a couple of weeks ago. I successfully purchased and applied the plan but when I tried to add the WOOCommerce plugin, it failed. I then decided to roll back to my original plan (I had purchased the ‘personal’ plan originally). However, now everyhting seems pretty broken. After the roll back, I’m now on the basic plan. I cant upgrade at all – it doesnt even give me the option. What do I do?
