My Plan Upgrade Transaction Couldn't Be Completed

    I tried to upgrade my plan from Free to Personal
    I entered my Credit Card correctly but the transaction failed
    and when I tried to pay with PayPal it failed too.

    I would request you to contact the bank and make sure your card is activated for international transactions and sufficient credit card limit or sufficient funds in case of a debit card.

    It depends, if you are from India then this are the details which might help you, paying with PayPal from Indian debit and credit cards

    This list has been sent to me by PayPal India:
    American Express CC-yes DC-no
    Andhra Bank CC-yes DC-no
    Axis CC-yes DC-yes
    Citibank CC-yes DC-yes
    HDFC CC-yes DC-yes
    ICICI CC-yes DC-yes
    Indian Bank CC-yes DC-no
    Indusind Bank Limited CC-yes DC-yes
    Jammu & Kashmir Bank CC-yes DC-no
    Kotak Mahindra Bank CC-yes DC-yes
    SCB CC-yes DC-yes
    The Ratnakar Bank CC-yes DC-no
    Vijaya Bank CC-yes DC-no
    IDBI only (visa) CC-yes DC-yes
    Federal Bank CC-yes DC-yes

    Some Banks requires international card activation to execute this transaction so make sure you do that,
    then you can directly pay with your card or else you can use Paypal.

    You can also try to contact PayPal with the issue as said by @kokkieh

    It doesn’t matter that you’re paying by credit card. The payment is being processed by PayPal, and they’re blocking it. I know this, because I can see the error message that PayPal is returning to us each time you try to pay.
