My plan was wrongfully downgraded

    Hi all,

    So I have been using a personal plan for about 3 years, for which I was recently (December) billed 48 euros for 2023. Two days ago, I upgraded to the premium plan, paid for it, and then realized I wouldn’t be able to use extensions. So I canceled the plan and got refunded, BUT my account got downgraded to a free plan although I already paid for the whole year! There is no way for me to go back to the personal plan from the back end, I’m being asked to pay again! What should I do?

    Thanks so much for getting in touch. I’ve had a look at the account and believe thing are all squared away now.

    Your Premium plan was refunded the personal plan never was so I went ahead and added the personal plan back on to naturopathe-lyon.pro like it was set up previously. If you need any more help let me know. Happy Friday!
