my plug ins and Woocommerce that you need more than 256MB – at least 512MB.

Having iIn step two, there is information that you need to check with your hosting, to contact them so they can review your memory limit. There is information in cases of using Yoast SEO or Woocommerce that you need more than 256MB – at least 512MB. This memory limit is controlled by the hosting. You just need to inform them.

In step three, if the memory limit is increased and the issue remains, you need to deactivate all your plugins except for Elemetnor and Elementor Pro. If the issue disappeared, just start activating the plugins one by one, until you see the issue again. In this case, the plugin which creates the issue will be the one that you activated and after that, the issue came back.

If the issue remains, then the problem is with the theme, so please switch it and see if the issue disappeared.issues with website

  • Hi,

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.

If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  • However…

Allow me to use this opportunity to say that if you WERE hosted here at WordPress.com, you would have access to 24/7 WordPress specific assistance from a world-class support team and we could likely get this sorted out for you.

We have a guide to help move your site to WordPress.com here and our support team can also assist:
