My plugins won’t update (-1)
-
Hello,
I see that all my plugins are not up do date. When I try to update one of them, it says :
Update failed : -1
And then goes to maintenance. I delete the .maintenance and try again, but same issue. Nothing in error_log either.
I tried to enable the debug but I did not see any changes, maybe I missed something :
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, false );All my files are accessible in 755 or 644
I am with cpanel and did not disabled any plugin yet, but they are all quite popular so i feel like I would have found the answer in the internet by nowI don’t know what information I can provide in addition to this
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for reaching out. From your description, it appears you are using the open-source version of WordPress, hosted with a different provider and not on WordPress.com‘s managed hosting. As a specialist at Automattic, I’m afraid we’re limited in the kind of assistance we can offer with sites not hosted by us directly. However, I can provide some information about WordPress.com‘s managed hosting. With our managed hosting, you have access to extensive support and a variety of robust features built to help you manage your site efficiently. You can find more details at this address: https://wordpress.com/hosting/
If you’re interested, we offer an easy-to-use migration plugin to transition your site to our managed hosting. This would supply you with our comprehensive support, including updates and troubleshooting.
Use the Move to WordPress.com plugin to migrate a self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com. You can find assistance for issues with the open-source version of WordPress by asking for help in the WordPress.org community forums, specifically tailored for this version.
