Plugins are not allowed at WordPress.com, only at WordPress.org (self-hosted). You can read more about that here:

My akismet button is not showing up
Akismet is automatically activated at WordPress.com so you don’t need to do any setup. You can read more about spam comments and how they’re handled at WordPress.com here:

How can I change my address from Discretecompanions.org to Discreetcompanions.org
It isn’t possible to change the domain you already registered. In order to accomplish this, you’ll need to cancel the first domain and register the correctly-spelled version. Can you confirm that you no longer want Discretecompanions.org? If so, I’ll cancel it from your account so you can register the new one without any additional charge.
Note, once a domain is cancelled, it is sent back to the registrar and may be purchased by someone else. Just reply back to confirm you no longer want Discretecompanions.org!

Hi there,
You wouldn’t necessarily need to pay to move to WordPress.org. However, you would need to setup a hosting service for your self-hosted site. WordPress.org is completely separate from WordPress.com. You can read more about the difference here:

If you would like to move to WordPress.org, the Premium bundle you’ve purchased at WordPress.com will not be needed. So, I can refund the $79 purchase for the bundle. You could still use your domains with your self-hosted site. You would just need to follow the instructions here:

- Export and import your blog content here:

Im so so lost I don’t understand anything but refund I tried the links you sent but I get lost why is it so hard what happen to hit click and go. I don’t understand. But I had a website built for me and they used wordpress.org and I know how to use wordpress.org. I already have a account with wordpress.org with my other website and I just made up one with this website at least I think I did. but please can someone help me and please tell me in regular people language not smart computer talk please. Im just will like to transfer from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and I paid for a hosting but Im not sure if the hosting is hooked on please help me is there a phone number I can call please help me.

We can cancel and refund the domains for you and you can try to reregister them with your other host, but there would likely be a delay before they are released by the registrar to re-register them. Would you like me to go ahead and do that?

I’ve canceled your domains as requested, and refunded the charge for both. There was also a partially refunded WordPress.com Premium Plan that I refunded as well, it looks like you were trying to cancel that but it had the domain tied to it so it was only partially refunded.
I also was wondering what will I have to do to use the same web address on wordpress.org.
You’ll need to re-register the domains at your new host, where you can also install the self-hosted version of WordPress. There may be a delay of a week or two before the domains are released, since they were so recently registered.
