My podcast won't upload from mobile podcaster

  My podcast won’t upload from the app Mobile Podcaster onto my blog. I’m using my iPad and it says to check my WordPress settings in the app, but those are all right. It also says to make sure XML-RPC is enabled on my wordpress site, but I can’t find that option anywhere in my settings. I have plenty of space to use on my account, so I am not sure what the problem is or what to do about it.

  Hi there,

  I’m not really familiar with your app, but we have had a few folk report that some of the external apps that they are using are not working since we transitioned over to having all of our sites use HTTPS all of the time. This requirement for HTTPS can sometimes be solved in certain apps by just putting in the full https://mmmarkhausen.wordpress.com and in other apps you will need to contact the app developer to have them update how the app works in order to correct the issue.

  As long as you are certain that you are using the correct username, password, and have entered your site name corrected, AND the app can be used with WordPress.com then it should be just fine! XML-RPC is enabled by default for us, so there’s nothing you need to worry about there.
