My Poll Results disappeared

For the last two days I received over 30 visitors for my poll but suddenly my Poll Results disappeared.
When you go to the blog, the questions, and the option to answer is still there but when I go to my Dashboard and select “manage polls”, it says I do not have any…. It is very upsetting, as I cannot ask people to go back and vote again…
Does anybody knows what is going on? -
Link to your blog? And please consider linking it in your user name as explained in the sticky at the top of the forums:
Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes.
Now… when you comment here and on other blogs, your name will link to your blog. If you do this before you post your request for help, it will allow forum volunteers to be able to help you quicker since they won’t have to ask you for a link and wait until you come back to post one. -
Thank you Vivian. I cannot post the link to the blog as I am entrusted with keeping it “private” as much as we can, especially because of the poll. THe poll is still there, everyone is able to vote, the problem is the control panel’s results and nobody would have access to that even if I post the blog’s address. Having said that, someone else is experiencing some problems with his/her poll just a few post above mine. I think it is a larger issue…..

I’m having the same problem and I already have my name set up as a link to my blog.
I’ve also been using polldaddy for about 2 days and the poll is still up and functioning in the side bar, but when I try to check the results it tells me I haven’t created any polls yet. I also tried importing the poll into another post but I still receive the same message. Any suggestions?

swanseaps – the hardest problem we volunteers in the forum have is the number of questions we get from people who are NOT hosted here. That’s the reason I always ask for a blog link and why I generally don’t answer any question without it.
babydonuts – I looked at the poll in your sidebar and there isn’t even a link to the results. My suggestion is that you contact support http://wordpress.com/contact-support/ as it is obvious that something is seriously wrong on the backend. Volunteers in the forum do not have access to the backend info.

I actually just posted a comment on another thread about polls not showing, I think polldaddy went down, I cant see my poll results either.

vivianpaige: I am happy to see that that wordpress is addressing the problem. As I have suspected it was a “general issue”. I do understand your reluctance to help without a link. I did contact support. I guess sometimes we just cannot give all the info for the whole wide world, and that is when your job as a volunteer becomes frustrating. Thanks.

Same problem here. Since yesterday I can’t access any of my poll results, but they appear to be working on the blog. Added a new poll today using a PollDaddy account and it appears on the blog, but in the poll editor it says I haven’t created any polls at all.
Appreciate your help wordpress.
