My post doesn't show up under wordpress' latest posts

I just published one of my blog posts, and I tried all the tags that I have connected to the post on the main wordpress site, but I don’t see my blog post come up on any of the search results. I don’t expect it to come up under featured posts, but I did expect to see it under latest posts. I have been drafting the post for a few days now, but when I look in my “posts” section on the CMS side, it says its 12 hours old. Shouldn’t it retain the date that I actually published it live?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there,
You are spamdexing (over using tags/categories). Keep the combined total under 10 on any given post. See here please > global tags > missing posts
Also note that display of our posts under the most popluar global tags is randomized. There are 31 million blogs and there are about 7 posts per minute being published every minute of the day. We Volunteers have been experiencing new bloggers who mistakenly think that the global tags pages drive significant traffic to blogs and who are upset when they cannot loacte their posts due to randomized display. Well,I have been here for 6 years. During that time there has never been even a noticeable flow of traffic, let alone, a significant one to either of my blogs from the global tag pages. It’s Google that sends traffic to blogs and tags and categories are not required for SEO purposes. It’s the keywords in your content that search spiders ae focused on.

Now to deal with your “time” issue. Have you gone to this page > Settings > General and set up your date and timezone? The default is UTC time (formerly Greenwich mean time).
