MY POST HAS BEEN WIPED!

    What have you done with this new editor? I didn’t ask for it. My text has all gone when I tried to update a post, this was my most read post by a mile how can I get the text back?

    Hi there. The old editor still exists, but you have to go to the dashboard to find it. Click on Posts ->All Posts to edit existing ones. Click on Posts ->Add New to create a new one.

    You should still be able to recover your post from earlier revisions. Go to Posts ->All Posts and select Edit under the post title. Look for the revisions module. If you don’t see that module, click on Screen Options at the top of the page and make sure it’s selected. You should be able to restore an earlier version of your post from there.

    I’m also tagging this for staff to follow up as they’ve closed the main feedback thread for the new post editor and I don’t know if it has been reported yet by someone that it wiped out an existing post when updating.
