  What is the URL of your site as it seems you don’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform.

  Are you sure that your website is hosted with WordPress.com?
  Maybe, your website is hosted in elsewhere using the open source WordPress software (from WordPress.org). :) Please know more here about the differences
