I looked at that very lengthy post filled with multiple copy and paste sections. I don’t see this “all codes and stuff”.

No, it’s not that. This has never happened before and I have about 100 posts. The Admin Bar that is usually on top of my posts and has the “B” for bold letters and the “I” for italics and the little scroll for changing the size of letters and the “abc” for spell-check has disappeared (after I clicked “Update.”
Now, the Admin Bar looks like this: b, i, link, b-quote, del (with a slash through it), ins, img, etc. And my writing is all filled with punctuation marks and letters (especially at the end of this March 22, 2013 post where I was “Update”-ing it. It looks like this:

That is not your admin bar. That is what the text editor shows:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/You’ve removed the post so I cannot see what exactly was there. But what you describe sounds like you are pasting code into your visual editor but have somehow changed your post editor to text (html) rather than visual.
Your admin bar is the dark grey bar at the top of your window with your gravatar on the top right.

Oh, wait: I saw the dates in your 22 March post and only looked quickly so assumed that you’d removed that post. My mistake. But as timethief said, I don’t see any of the code you describe.
You are pasting from somewhere and not writing directly into the post editor. Word is a great word-processor but it does not do well online: it adds all sorts of unexpected codes and formatting. You should use the paste from Word button on the visual editor:

OK. I’m really sorry. I didn’t get this reply until just now (after I just replied to you).
I am autistic and perhaps that’s why what you wrote is VERY COMPLICATED to me. I wonder if you could please just tell me in very simple terms what to do to restore my posts and (I thought was) the old Admin Bar.

All fixed. “Justpi” suggested i just click on “Visual” which fixed everything.
