  my post isn’t posting. it was set to schedule but just isn’t uploading

  hey guy, sorry i should go into a little more detail. it is my first blog post, i had it set on schedule over night to wake up this morning and the post hasn’t loaded onto my website. i have had a play around trying to change the schedule time but nothing is working. i was wondering if anyone could help me, a have read a few forums but none have been of muh help due to my lack of understanding of the wordpress program at the moment

  Hi there!

  Scheduled posts are triggered by the first visit to your site on or after the exact date/time you set. It may be the case that no one visited your site when the scheduled time came. For future, you can get around this by logging out of WordPress.com and viewing your site’s front page. Your visit should cause the post to appear.

  So I just have to trust that the schedule time worked and that it will self activate? Because I was freaking out that I was advertising a website and there would be no posts. I actually do have one more question. On mobile and all tablets the “menu options” are White writing and my background is white, so when people are looking on either of those types of devices they can’t see the options. Because of my logo I don’t want to change my background colour, do you know of a way to change that writing?
  And thank you so much for your positive feedback :) I have a post coming out about Byron bay which is also on the east coast of Australia this Sunday. It is beautiful :)

  Posts that have been scheduled for a specific time are triggered by the first visit to your site on or after the exact date/time you set. So, scheduled posts will publish as long as you have visitors to your site.

  Thanks for reporting this. I’ve let the theme’s author know about this bug and have added the following custom CSS to your site to fix this up for now:

  #toggle-sidebar .mobile-navigation ul li a {
  color: #6D6F72;
  }

  I’ll let you know when I hear back from the theme’s author on a more permanent fix.

  Hi there!

  Following on from your report of your site’s menu items not displaying correctly on mobile devices, I’m happy to let you know that the author of the Hermes theme has fixed this bug. I’ve gone ahead to remove the CSS that I added as a temporary fix for you. :)
