My post not appearing in 'Followed'

I don’t see the post I just published appearing in ‘Followed’ like my posts usually do. Could you check and see if it’s appearing there? Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I checked https://exampleworkpresscom.wordpress.com/ and I see the latest post there is “Me In The Middle Of Thinking Out Loud” at https://exampleworkpresscom.wordpress.com/2015/10/25/me-in-the-middle-of-thinking-out-loud/
I checked the single site view for your blog in the Reader and I can see it there as expected: https://wordpress.com/read/blog/feed/36958521

It could be that I didn’t catch the problem in action by the time I looked. If you run into this problem again, please make a note of the URL you are viewing (i.e. is it https://wordpress.com/ or a different page?) and mention how long ago the post was published and someone will help take a look. :)

I think I see the problem. I published this post this morning (Oct 27) yet the date on the post is October 25?! All of the other posts had the date that I actually published it. https://exampleworkpresscom.wordpress.com/2015/10/25/me-in-the-middle-of-thinking-out-loud/

Have you checked your timezone blog setting?
http://exampleworkpresscom.wordpress.com//wp-admin/options-general.php
To confirm your timezone is correct know the default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General. Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.
Do you check the datestamp and timestamp on draft posts and pages prior to publishing them?
You can edit any post or page and change the datestamp and timestamp and click update. I know you are not scheduling a post but these images may be helpful:

Thanks! I reset it to publish tomorrow am 10/28 @ 7:15. I was wonderfing why I wasn’t getting any “likes” with it set at 10/25! Does this mean I can re-publish any of my posts just by rescheduling the date? Do you lose all of the previous “likes” if you do that?

Does this mean I can re-publish any of my posts just by rescheduling the date?
You can reschedule posts, but be careful with that because if you change the day then any previous bookmarks or links that are not on your own blog to the post will break. I would recommend just publishing once and not changing the date after that if possible. For new posts, just make sure the date looks correct before you click publish or schedule. Also, do confirm your timezone as timethief recommended.
Do you lose all of the previous “likes” if you do that?
You shouldn’t lose past likes if you change the publication date of a post.

Yes, but I’m going to leave it to designsimply (Staff) to explain why republishing content and creating 404 page not found errors by changing datestamps is not a good regular practice to get into using for SEO (search engine optimization) reasons.

Without doubt, designsimply rocks. I’m just a Volunteer who answers the most repetitious questions posted here and sometimes my comments overlap Staff responses. That’s what happened above.
