  For the second time, one of my posts is dated wrong. I cannot move my post of today to the top of the page because it is dated Jan 9th.

  Are you referring to the post title starting with “Blog Casual Friday”? If so, you should be able to change the date of the post here:

  Just hover your mouse over the post and click “Quick Edit” as shown here:
