My post won't show up in reader

  I recently posted on my blog and was curious why there were no views yet. Then i realized that my post wont show up in reader. I have tags and catagories, and not too many of them, but it’s not showing up. I tagged “nails” and if you search “nails” my post wont show up. Ive never had this problem before, help please!
