My post won't stay posted

I’ve created a new post, but it won’t publish. It previews fine. I’ve tried saving it. It congratulates me on my new post. But a few minutes later, it no longer appears as a recent post.

Currently, it looks like your post titled Fabulous Mid-Century Ranch is published as shown here:
You can find the post at the top of your Recent Comments widget on your sidebar. Currently, you have a static front page set in your Reading settings, which is why the blog post is not showing on your front page. You can read more about that here:
If you would like your front page to instead display your recent post, just navigate to your Reading settings here:
https://insidedenverhomes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php
Change the option for “Front page displays” to “Your Latest Posts”.

Thanks for the advice. I did finally get my post to “stick.” I never really did figure out why I was having trouble. I saved my draft and then published my post. It showed up as a published post, but then later disappeared. It did this a few times over a couple of days. Finally, it seem to stay posted. I had quite a few photos in the post, so I was thinking that may have been contributing to the problem. But, at least it’s working now.
