My posts are being published at wrong times

    So when I have a draft and I post it, it will say I posted at the time I created the draft, not when I actually published the post. I go back to fix it but it only changes on my website, therefore in the reader it doesn’t change. This makes it really hard for new people to see my contact. How can I fix this?
