my posts are gone

  hello everyone
  i deleted some of my blog posts. I moved them to the trash folder a while ago, but i wanted to restore some of them and i couldn’t find any of them. Where did they go?
  plz help me

  Items within your trash folders can be restored or permanently deleted within 30 days of their original trashing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/
