My posts are not appearing in global tag search – support problem

I looked on the support information about this and it said to contact them for help. I clicked on the link and it seems now that this is all there is, a public forum which might or might not be helpful. It suggested posts might not be appearing because tags are being misused or a blog might have been flagged as mature or offensive, and it gave a link to click if you think your blog might have been unfairly flagged as mature, and this is what it led me to. Is this all there is by way of support these days?

I’ve checked your site and I can’t see any issues. Tags in the Reader only includes the most recent posts. By recent posts, I mean those published within the last couple of months. Your last post on suebarnett2.wordpress.com was published on 2013/11/08 so this is the reason you aren’t seeing those posts appear.
Is this all there is by way of support these days?
