My posts are not appearing on the Reader Feed

  Hi. My site (http://katequila.wordpress.com/) and its posts are not appearing on the Reader Feed, therefore no stats. Even though I have placed tags, my friends said they still can’t see my posts. Please help me fix this. ASAP. Thanks.
