my posts aren't being shared to my tumblr and twitter accounts!! WHY? please hel

  Hello,

  Yesterday, I connected my twitter and tumblr accounts to my blog.
  But when I posted my posts and chose to share to both twitter and tumblr. it didn’t work !!
  I mean, it was posted to my blog but not to my other accounts !!

  Please help me fix this !!
