My posts aren't coming up in my reader!

    I have recently changed my web address. Before I did that, my posts showed up in my reader. Now that I have changed it, they aren’t anymore. I’m worried that my followers won’t see my posts, either. I have also checked on the list to see which blogs I’m following, and mine is on there. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
