My posts aren't showing on my reader!

  I’ve recently changed the url of my blog, and now my posts aren’t showing on my reader. Please help!!
  Also in some areas of the wordpress site, I don’t have an avatar but have a grey globe as the image next to my URL. Where do I go to change this?
