My posts do not feature under the menus on my blog

  I have not worked on my blog for a long time and wanted to revamp it slightly. Now I can’t seem to get my posts to feature under menu items on my blog. I.e. The post “Starters” do not appear under the menu STARTER” in the header. I am truly embarrassed about this but need help desperately. Thank you so much.

  Hi!

  It looks like you’re creating traditional pages and adding those to your menu. You’ll want to create category pages instead:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/

  That way, when you add a post to the Recipes category, it will automatically get added to that page. Can you give that a try?
