Yes https://mantrimark.wordpress.com/ is visible to anyone who types that address into their browser. You have posted content at https://mantrimark.wordpress.com/blog . Photos can be added to posts by clicking on the + in a circle/ on the left when you are in the post/page editor. Perhaps use you home page to give more detail of what your site is about. Note that you will need to keep posting content and wait for a while before search engines may index your new site.

Your site at mantrimark.wordpress.com is only a week old. As @themagicrobot mentioned, building traffic and readership takes time. We have a lot of resources to help you learn about that (like these: https://en.support.wordpress.com/increase-your-site-traffic/ and https://en.support.wordpress.com/grow-your-community/ ) but the most important ones are to keep posting regularly (most of your posts seem to have been published on one day, April 6th) and visit and make comments on site with similar interests.
Did you import your content from another site you have on the web?
