My posts were not saved

I have a draft and always update it everyday. I use laptop and phone. But today, when I check my phone. It’s just save my draft from 2 days ago? I tried to check history on phone and laptop too but I only have data from 2 days ago. I lost all my data yesterday and today. How can I restore them?

Hi, could you let us know which site was affected, and the name of the post? We’ll check to see what we can find on our end.
Also, you mentioned you checked the phone and it’s old data there; is it old from the laptop too? Have you tried checking revisions?

i already checked revisions, and all my content is lost now, on history, i just have data from 02/13, I lost all data from 14th and 15th -
Have your last updates to that post been done on the WordPress mobile app, or via a browser on your computer?
The mobile app can sometimes store changes locally on your phone, when there is no connection to sync to our servers. What most likely happened here is that some changes were stored locally like that, so if you went to the browser the next time you wouldn’t see those changes as they hadn’t yet been synced.
If you then went and made new changes in your browser, that might have caused the unsynced changes in the app to be removed the next time your phone had signal and the app tried to sync.
So that’s probably what happened here.
Unfortunately, as those changes were never synced to our servers, we simply don’t have that data, so there is no way to get the lost content back. What you see in the revision history in your browser is what we have on our servers. If you don’t see the content on your phone either, it means the locally-stored content has since been deleted, so there’s no way to retrieve that either.
So I’m afraid there’s not anything more we’ll be able to do here.

On 01/14, my laptop’s new data saved before and it just was lost when my phone was auto sync from 12th’s data because my phone can not update the new data. Can you recheck? My data was completely saved and there’s only trouble from the phone because it can’t sync data on the 13th and 14th, what it has is on the 12th.
