My Premium account login has disapeared

  Hi, I purchased an account domain from you guys last December. On the 18th of November just gone. I noticed I was charged 150GBP and so I wanted to log into my account to check why I was charged.

  It said ‘user not found’ when I typed in my email and also when I tried to login via my domain name which I assume is my username.

  What is going on?
