My premium domain unavailable after upgrade

    Hi WordPress!
    I have upgraded to a premium domain of celesworld.net and try to login into the domain to edit the site but was told domain is unavailable but active. please how can i change it to celesworld.com? if not possible, then how can i request for a refund in order to upgrade to celesworld.com

    Hi there!

    It looks like you registered the domain celesworld.net not celesworld.com and the .net domain is what you set up your email with.

    However, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan if you want your URL to be your custom domain instead of celestineco.wordpress.com. The good news here is that you can upgrade to one of our plans and register celesworld.com for free for the first year at the same time. Then you can decide which URL you want to use and get your email set up properly.
