My premium is not up graded .

I paid for a premium a few days ago to up grade from free to pay . The shopping cart keeps popping up saying I have an complete payment.

I don’t see a complete purchase on your account. Are you sure the payment went through? Do you see a charge on your card?
You can use the following tool to determine if your card was charged by us:

I paid for 9.9 premium. And it was deducted from my bank account .then after the cart msg continued pooping up requesting me to pay and upgrade,I pressed ok but when a bailing form appeared,I didn’t complete it.

@naxonnaxos can you find the bill on your credit card or bank statement? We are unable to find a transaction here, but you may have done it with a different account.
If you can see a charge on your statement, let us know and we’ll contact you via email for the transaction ID.
