My premium theme disappeared

  I purchased the SHELF premium theme and started making several posts and all of a sudden it disappeared and I don’t know how to get it back.

  What do I do? I don’t have any files to work with, it was just assigned to my blog. Help!

  Go back to appearance > themes, search for “shelf” and when it appears, click the “activate” button.

  When I click on shelf it says “Purchase & Activate” and it still has my credit info on file so I’m totally confused. Thanks for the quick reply! I appreciate it!

  Is there any way for me to actually get in contact with anyone from WordPress? I don’t want to pay $70 again and I have no idea what happened. It’s so frustrating, the only reason I joined word press was for that template and now it’s gone and I keep going in circles trying to figure it out…

  Are you by chance logged in under a different username than when you purchased the theme?

  Are you on the same site (on the same dashboard) that you purchased the theme for?

  This thread has been tagged for staff attention and hopefully they will see it soon and get this straightened out for you.

  Thank you. And yes, everything on my blog is the same just the background changed. I still can go under admin so I just changed it to something else temporarily. Hopefully this gets sorted out soon. Thanks again.
