My premium theme isn’t visible anymore

    Hi,
    I hadn’t realised my payment details had expired. I have logged back in and my site looks totally different. I paid for a theme and I have spent hundreds of pounds with a developer to get it how I want… but I don’t understand where it has gone? Why has it disappeared?
    Will WordPress forward me the backup prior to my card details expiring? Afterall I have paid for hosting for years and I paid for a premium theme that has now reverted to a rubbish free one that is totally outdated :(

    Hi there,

    The features that you had on your site, including the Premium theme, came from the now expired Business Plan subscription. The Business Plan is a legacy plan that is no longer available, but if you repurchase the Pro Plan, you will regain access to the features you lost and your site should be back up and running like it was before your upgrades expired.
