My Premium Theme Refund still hasn't come! Who can I contact?

I bought a Premium Theme that I returned last monday and my refund still hasn’t come. Who can I contact to make sure I get my refund?

Hi there. I am showing a completed transaction on April 28, 2014. It is a refund for your premium theme that took place via PayPal.
I will send you a receipt showing the date and transaction number for the refund, in case you need to contact PayPal. Keep an eye out.

That receipt is incorrect. I never used paypal. I bought the theme directly with my Visa. I have 5 emails from April 28th, 2014:
A conformation of my purchase of the theme/
A receipt for the purchase (which is what you sent me)
A request to CANCEL the theme
An Email saying it was canceled and refunded BUT that it would take 4 – 7 days.
I NEVER used paypal. I never received my money back.
Please help!

Hello again, Our payment processor is PayPal, so regardless of how you paid, it went through PayPal.
We checked PayPal and they confirmed that the refund went through on April 28th. It was returned to the same Visa with which you paid.
If your bank doesn’t see a pending credit to your account, you can also contact PayPal. Unfortunately, we have no access to any records that would inform us what happened between PayPal and your bank.
