  my premium upgrade was downgraded by me 8 days ago and I’m yet to receive my $99. Kindly help me

  Hi @alimiibrahim, please don’t post multiple threads with the same topic. I can see this was already addressed in a private email, so I’ll close these threads.

  If anyone else is wondering, once the refund leaves our bank (as yours has) it still needs to be routed back. Your bank may be able to check on the progress for you. But please do leave at least 5 business days (so exclude weekends and holidays) before worrying about that.
