my premium wordpress site is not loading

Hi. My website is not loading when you type the address into a browser.
I’ve been advised by register.com (that’s where the URL http://www.humanscienceinstitute.com is registered) that it’s possible wordpress is forwarding it incorrectly. Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In order for your domain mapping to work correctly, you need to point your domain to the WordPress.com name servers. If you send the following message to your registrar they can help you.
I would like to use my domain with a WordPress.com site. In order to do this, I need to point my domain’s name servers to the following:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
I do not want to transfer my domain, but want to leave it registered with you. WordPress.com does not permit mapping by setting an A record to point to an IP address. They require the name servers to be updated as described.
If you’d like to make the change yourself, here are the instructions from Register.com on how to make the change

Hi,
My domain is humanscienceinstitute. We own both .com and .org.I successfully transferred the url from register.com so that the site exists on wordpress now as humanscienceinstitute.com.
However, as this site is run by a non-profit, we actually want to have the domain name to be humanscienceinstitute.org. I followed the same instructions above (have the dns server point to ns1.wordpress.com, etc.) and now the domain humanscienceinstitute.com is live and works.
Here’s where I need help
I would like the site to exist as humanscienceinstitute.org (instead of .com) but I also want it to point to .org when someone types in humanscienceinstitute.comHope this makes sense. Please advise. Thank you!

There two ways to make this work.
The easiest way is to purchase an additional domain mapping upgrade. You will use it to map humanscienceinstitute.org to your site the same way you mapped humanscienceinstitute.com. After both are mapped you can set humanscienceinstitute.org as the primary domain and the site will work exactly the way you want it to.
If you’d rather not spend the additional $13 per year, we could unmap humanscienceinstitute.com from your site and map humanscienceinstitute.org in its place. Then you could work with your domain registrar to have humanscienceinstitute.com redirect to humanscienceinstitute.org. The result would be the same, but the process is a bit more complicated.
Let me know which way you want to go and I’ll be happy to help either way.

Thank you for the quick reply!
For now, we’d like to do it the free way, even if it’s more complicated.
Please advise on how to unmap the .com and put the .org in its place.

No problem. I was able to switch the mapping subscription for you.
I tested the changes. When I go to
humanscienceinstitute.com and humanscienceinstitute.org I am redirected correctly.
If it’s not working for you in the next day or so, let me know, but it looks like everything that needed to be done has been done.
